The 21-day challenge works! It is scheduled for March 7 - March 28, 2020 Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 a.m.
This program is HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes with 30 minutes of cardio and/or strength training. In addition, there is a nutritional component, where you will be given a list of foods you may consume during the challenge. Joining a team will help keep you motivated and accountable to others...your teammates will notice when you miss a class! You will also be added to a Facebook group where you will have access to other resources.
Allow 24 hours to process your non-refundable payment of $65. After payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a copy of shopping lists and/or recipes.
