The 21-day boot camp works! It is scheduled for Saturday, June 11, 2022 - Friday, July 1, 2022. The MORNING TEAM meets Monday - Friday from 5:30 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. Both teams have the option to participate in optional Saturdays from 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 a.m. You should commit to five times per week for best results.
This program is H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) classes with 30 minutes of cardio and/or strength training. In addition, there is a nutritional component, where you will be given a list of foods, shopping list, and recipes you may consume during the challenge. Joining a team will help keep you motivated and accountable to others...your teammates will notice when you miss a class! You will also be added to a Facebook group where you will have access to other resources.
Allow 24 hours to process your NON-REFUNDABLE payment of $75. Your payment will not be prorated or discounted even if you are unable to attend the entire boot camp.
You will need to bring water, a towel and a mat. Any weights and equipment needed will be provided and will be sanitized after use.
