The 21-day boot camp works! It is scheduled for Monday, May 3, 2021 - Monday, May 24, 2021. The EVENING TEAM meets INDOORS 7:35 p.m. - 8:05 p.m. We will also be set up on Zoom for those participating from home. (NOTE: Due to high traffic in the evenings, the landlord will not approve of outdoor boot camp in the evenings.) Both teams are invited to participate in optional Saturdays from 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. for abdominals only training. You must choose between morning and evening, and should commit to five times per week for best results.
This program is H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) classes with 30 minutes of cardio and/or strength training. In addition, there is a nutritional component, where you will be given a list of foods you may consume during the challenge. Joining a team will help keep you motivated and accountable to others...your teammates will notice when you miss a class! You will also be added to a Facebook group where you will have access to other resources.
Allow 24 hours to process your non-refundable payment of $75. After payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a copy of shopping lists and/or recipes.
Due to COVID-19, you may or may not wear a mask; however, physical distancing will be practiced. You will need to bring water, a towel and a mat. Any weights and equipment provided will not be shared, and will be sanitized after use.
